Maybe a new mattress in the Murphy bed in #309. With the couch being absent the bed gets extra use as seating.

It’s extremely loud due to traffic and I was not expecting the $50 daily parking. The owner who let me use her week was I believe unaware. If the exchange fee is paid I would expect parking to be free. She’s still an owner IMO
