We really enjoy your resort and have come back many times. The new parking fee seems exorbitant. I understand parking is a challenge but $350 for a week seems exorbitant.

Check in was very smooth. So helpful to have assistance getting down the stairs to lobby. The Super Bowl party was nice-even though we’re not football fans 😂
The welcoming breakfast was very helpful with getting the “lay of the land”.
Our room is lovely with a very comfortable bed.The staff have all been friendly and welcoming.
A surprise for us was a broken shower faucet. It seems that should have been noted by any housekeeping staff since cleaning of the shower wouldn’t have been possible. Thanks to Jose from maintenance for quickly replacing the faucet!
The texting for assistance (to get a Roku and for the faucet issue) were met with prompt response saying help was on the way. But in both cases, no one came within an hour of wait. Had to re-text or call again. Just suggest that a realistic time be given so we can decide whether or not to wait.
