Granted the situation is confusing, but it has been working for the past 8 years. I "bought" a room for my kids so they could go down the same time as I and have their own room. Besides having to go through Hotels.com to secure a room (It was over $3,000 cheaper than the CBR website) my week #6 that I have had for nearly 30+ years was given away. Why? Because my ex-wife who owns week #5 called in to bank her week, but they banked my week instead. So, I had to pay for a room for the 1st night until it got straightened out the following day. The next day part of it was straightened out. I got my week back, I was put in a satisfactory room, but my ex had to deal with getting her week back as well. I was told that I could put in a claim for the night I had to pay for, instead of CBR just crediting my card. I said I didn't want to bother but now I may have a reason.
After returnign home, I received a bill of $350 for a parking pass for the week. I'm assuming that would be for the room I bought for my kids to stay in, because a parking space has always been included with an "owner's" room. The stupid thing is, is that my kids and I came in the same car. There wasn't a second parking space needed. That error needs to be corrected immediately. Plus the fact that I haven't been able to get in the ocean for the last 4 years because of our southern neighbor's "crap" made it a very memorable trip.....in a most awful way. I will be considering my options to stay elsewhere for future trips.

The Coronado beach Resort is a lovely resort. The facility is beautifully kept and the staff is very friendly and responsive to anything you might need. We love the amenities at the resort too. Our favorites are bike rides around the island and hanging by the pool at Lowe’s resort. Always a great time! Been coming for 30+ years!

As always the staff is very friendly and takes care of whatever you need. I found the Monday morning orientation very helpful for what to do in Coronado. Montana is doing a great job with her planning of events. It’s always nice to say hi to Eric and Pearl and Rick. And of course Miss Cody!
