Great hotel especially for the price. It’s right in the middle of town making its easy to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Free coffee in the am was nice. Have a daily event which was a surprise for a hotel of this size.

How close it is to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. Plus the rooms are very nice. With kind staff.

The WiFi connection did drop out quite a few times (not an issue as it soon reconnected) so if you could improve this it would be great. That said, this did not detract from our stay which was fantastic.

When booking our room we were promised a room not on the side of the street due to noise.
Wednesday room cleaning…basically the towels were changed master bathroom towel bar came off the wall and not addressed, trash not emptied, sinks not cleaned…bed not changed (sheets are not a tight fit so much wrinkling and bunching occurs) would have been nice to have the bed refreshed.

This is the first time I stayed at this resort in Coronado. My family and I loved it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We were close to everything. We used their bikes and beach items which made our trip a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend.

Lower parking costs. It is a lot.
