I'd like to share one detail. For those of you planning to reside here for your vacation stay, please be weary of parking your car overnight at this hotel as it is immensely expensive. I see how their gate is very protected with the highest materials. However, there are free overnight parking after a certain hour like 4-6 pm. 2 or 4 hour street parking. If you park back 2-3 streets ɓehing the rear of this hotel BEHIND all those 2/4 hour street parking signs where regular residential parking are, its free! Just of course, don't park same spot too long. Move it every 2 to 3 days on that street every 72 hours by law. You'll know it's good to park where there are NO street signs on the whole block if you drive up and down. Always check the street signs!!! I believe the street I parked was 1100 Adella Avenue but double check! Just some street where the entire block has 0 parking signs. If it was permit parking, it will say so. Don't worry. Take photos of where you park and keep track. When you check in for your stay, parking fee is not addressed verbally, only in the contract so read carefully. You'll find out when you CHECK OUT. Front Desk will just verbally say randomly your parking fee balance on your account at a surprise. So, be aware. 50$ overnight parking a day is no fun once it adds up. I gave great service bc they were professional and friendly, helpful, assisting. Rooms were amazing and well stocked with your needs. I wish parking was clearly started and warned when they provide your room keys and no surprises even though it was stated in your contract bc not many read words on paper unless spoken out loud and directed attention to the guest. That's customer service in my eyes.

Proximity to beach

Screen door needs replacement/repair. Came off tracks immediately and had to be repositioned.
Counter space in kitchen minimal. I got used to it but even a pull out "extra" counter would be sooooo useful if only to place the mini stovetop while prepping food. Rm 319.
location to wonderful walking whether on beach or along the streets.

It has been wonderful!!!! Excellent hospitality, thoughtful gatherings and treats, great location we love our room and the staff. Very walkable to do many beautiful places. We would definitely love to return.

The couch was very broken down, also the zipper and fabric also torn!
