Lots of very dried (size of a dinner plate!) bird poop on ground of patio and on patio table (know you can't control the birds), no dishwasher or dish soap (Palmolive) but Fernando brought both to us right away and was very helpful and friendly, fitted sheet on one of the twin beds doesn't fit the bed - pops off the corners. Other than those few things everything was clean and nice.

Hi. We forgot to tell you when we left that the drapes on the big windows in the LR don't quite work properly and need some kind of adjustment. I never could open or close them myself , but husband Sam was able to maneuver them. Because he was able to, we never called maintanence. Chris Stoughton

Nothing to do. This is a perfect vacation experience.
We loved all of the things about the resort...location, condo facility, parking, good recommendations from staff. But, mostly, we love the staff! From front desk to maintenance and housekeeping. These people are the best. So responsive and friendly. Please do what you need to do to keep this staff. They are all gems.
