How close it is to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. Plus the rooms are very nice. With kind staff.

The WiFi connection did drop out quite a few times (not an issue as it soon reconnected) so if you could improve this it would be great. That said, this did not detract from our stay which was fantastic.

When booking our room we were promised a room not on the side of the street due to noise.
Wednesday room cleaning…basically the towels were changed master bathroom towel bar came off the wall and not addressed, trash not emptied, sinks not cleaned…bed not changed (sheets are not a tight fit so much wrinkling and bunching occurs) would have been nice to have the bed refreshed.

This is the first time I stayed at this resort in Coronado. My family and I loved it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We were close to everything. We used their bikes and beach items which made our trip a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend.

Even though the management/housekeeping/front desk/maintenance teams did eventually resolve all the various issues we encountered during our recent stay, it just seemed like so much work, and cut into both our time and drained our mental and physical energy. We really wanted our visit to be smooth and easy, but it was not.
Figure out your communication systems and how to streamline the connectivity between shifts of management/front desk and maintenance and housekeeping. We connected with staff multiple times ahead of our visit and during our visit to make SURE that the housekeeping team would clean Thursday morning, as we were swapping out family members in our room. Despite continued assurances that it would be done and the fact that the room had been vacant for 24 hours waiting to be cleaned, when we (the owners) arrived late on Thursday, the room was a disaster—dirty, the way our family members left it since they had been repeatedly assured it would be cleaned for us. We had to stay the night elsewhere, missing out on 1/3 of our stay. And the mattress was unacceptable and it took several interactions on the NEXT day to finally get a new mattress in the room. And in that process I was told that it was replaced, but it wasn’t. I don’t think that anyone meant to lie or mislead us. I truly think everything somehow gets lost in the shuffle at CBR. The systems somehow do not connect. Not sure who the buck stops with. Anyway, we never truly relaxed in our shortened stay. My parents, who stayed Mon-Wed, left a day early because the room triggered my mom’s allergies so badly (it was extremely dusty).
The proximity to the beach! It was so fun to wake up and hear the waves, seagulls and smell the ocean.
