As an original owner I was very disappointed in the room lottery. I had a room with a poor view and dinky balcony.
I enjoyed everything except my room location.

Ambience and cleanliness

Simply as a long term cost saving measure, please consider front loading washers. They use 40% less water and require less dry time due to the high speed spin of the washers. Also, a simple cover for the hot tub would reduce heat loss and evaporation during the night times. Heat pump life can be extended due to night time heat retention. The entire staff is knocking it out of the park. No complaints.
The staff is professional and courteous.

Change the tv cable situation. The "guide" is a euphemism. Have to memorize the stations, gives no feedback on what's playing and have to jump from 10 to 30 to 48 to see each section of channels -really horrible.
People are very friendly and attentive.

Overall everything was great. Wonderful location. Friendly staff. Comfy and roomy suite. I was never able to get the wifi to work on my laptop although it connected on my phone. Heard wifi routers were under maintenance so perhaps that was the reason. Parking is also pretty pricey. Loved the text feature to communicate w staff.

The whole experience was great. Across the street from the Hotel Del and beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. A short shuttle to the Loews resort with access to the beautiful pool. The staff was excellent. Covered and secured parking. The room was clean and comfortable.
