For decades, owners and guests of Coronado Beach Resort have returned to enjoy a relaxing, resort-like experience in one of the most beautiful beach towns in the country. Here are a few reviews from our guests.
Montana was amazing so helpful in getting us a room upgrade as ours had a broken wall bed and of no fault of the resort was just too small for us. We were happy to pay the upgrade
I was just wondering why there were metal cooking pots still offered in the kitchen. There was only a microwave to heat anything! I knew not to use these, but does everyone?
All the staff are outstanding especially Montana, Erick, Brandon and Rick!

The fire place in 315, though they worked hours to get it fixed still didn’t work.

There was a malfunctioning light switch that we notified the front desk about on the first night of our stay that was not addressed while we were there. Other than that, everything was great. Front desk staff were very helpful and provided infomation on dining options that we followed and enjoyed.
The location was very convenient.

Overall we had a great experience. Thank you.
The location, the cleanliness, the layout, friendly staff, and the amenities, especially the bikes.

My husband and I were given Room 202 at the Coronado Beach Resort
This corner room, which is directly across the street from the Hotel Del Coronado, was so noisy all day and night that we were unable to sleep. After three sleepless nights, we drove home (12 miles away) for an afternoon nap. After five nights at the Coronado Beach Resort, we'd had enough, checked out, and went home. So much for 8,000 points, a transfer fee of nearly $400, and promises of a great vacation.
You could have allowed us to move into a room not on the corner of that busy street. Also, in addition, during one of the nights there, a flood at a restaurant across the street (Miguel's) caused loud pumping to take place just below our room for at least three hours in the middle of the night. Guests in other parts of the hotel were not awakened.
We loved our walks on the beach.
