I have been an owner there for about 20 years. I`ve never had a week like this one. granted the elevator being down was nobody`s fault but not getting into my room until after 4pm was unacceptable. I had cold food that I was worried went bad. I see now that there is only one partial cleaning instead of the two small and one big service. I got an text to tell me to prepare the room for the maid service after I check out. my fee keeps going up and service goes down.

The staff was very friendly. There is a pool table and ping pong table on the second floor, a small gym with showers on the lobby level, and Jacuzzi and sauna on the third floor. The hallways on our floor smelled like marijuana, which we found repulsive.

Location is perfect! Good food and shopping all around! Safe are and beds were comfy.

This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The staff was so rude and unable to do their job. I checked in late, the lady that checked me in extended our stay an additional night. The next day they waited until 4 pm clear after check out time to knock on the door and say that we didn't have a reservation for the evening and they were at capacity. For the next hour and half they knocked on the door like they were the police and yelled into the room. While my boyfriend who is epileptic was inside on the verge of a seizure. I asked the hotel staff if that was protocol for these situations, I asked a few different questions which were all disregarded. They then gave me 15 minutes to get my stuff out of the room. I have never in my life been so disrespected by an employee of an establishment like this one before. They treated us like a group of broke criminals or something that just committed a crime. I will never stay at this hotel again. Even if they made everyone on their staff go to some exquisite training and apologized profusely it wouldn't be good enough. To top it all off there's no parking except for in the garage and when I asked about it they said "of it's too expensive for you" lol so we went and spent the last five nights of our stay at Lowe's.... Much higher in cost but you definitely pay for what you get!!
