Cancellation
Policy (Local Time):
The remaining balance plus tax will be charged by the resort also at the time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance of your arrival date or you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Room moves may be required.

Photo identification and credit card
are required upon check-in for incidental charges. All
special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.
No pets are allowed.
There is a $12.00 resort service fee per night for all
rental reservations. This fee includes free video rentals,
bicycle rentals, ping pong table, Jacuzzi, sauna, beach equipment
rentals, resort parking - Due to limited parking, only one
vehicle per reservation will be allowed to park in the resort's
secure lot. Please note the parking facility has a 7' clearance.
Mini vans or campers are allowed in the parking lot. Fee also
offer access to Loews Resort - includes the use of tennis courts,
3 pools, 30% discount in restaurants, 15% discount in bars, spa
access, fitness classes, 3 hours free parking per visit.
